Refund & Exchange Policy
At Shubhaprada, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange for eligible items.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or tailored sarees.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at shubhapradasarees@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide you with exchange instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you.
Exchange Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
