Refund & Exchange Policy

  • An order is eligible for exchange/return within 4 days from the date of delivery , provided the saree is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover

  • Customer has to raise a return request by sending email to shubhapradasarees@gmail.com

  • Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.

  • Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address. ATTN : Shubhaprada Sarees, 2609, first floor, Near, Netaji Circle, Dattagalli, Kanakadasa Nagar, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Mysuru, Karnataka 570033

  • The products must be returned in it's original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag ( and the silk mark tag if applicable ) has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.

  • After the product is received, Our team inspects it, new product will be delivered in 4 to 6 days.
  • Return Parcel Packing Video video of the parcel from beginning till end is must for Refund/Exchange.

  • Reverse pick up is not available for damaged / defective items / incorrect item for selected Pin codes .Customers must courier it back to the shop address

  • we do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.

  • Onward  logistic cost of Rs. 100/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.

  • We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India

  • Shubhaprada Sarees cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to Normal wear and tear, rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care.

  • If you have requested falls and pico, and/or saree tassle/blouse detachment services to your purchased saree, Exchanges are not permitted.

  • All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.

  • For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a "5% PAYMENT GATEWAY & WEBSITE HANDLING" charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.


RETURN POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

It will take 7-10 working days to refund and credited the amount after receiving the product.
